Get ready for our next Music in the Park, hosted by Bastrop Parks and Recreation. We’re excited to welcome Julie Nolen and Evelyn Jackson to Fisherman’s Park!

Julie Nolen’s sound can be described as rock-country with Americana roots. She is “known for her energetic, passionate performances and well-crafted songwriting matched with her dynamic unmistakable voice.”

Evelyn Jackson, joined by Aidan Sweeney, is known for writing raw, soulful lyrics paired with a sound that is a mixture of Americana, rock, folk, and blues. According to a review, “Her songwriting is a melodious journal that portrays honest, poetic stories of the deepest felt emotions in this adventure that is life.”
